Dissection anatomique

According to French public health law, in-service training is mandatory.
EFEAC provides advanced training in clinical anatomy for osteopaths and other healthcare professionals.

The school was opened several years ago, with an instructional staff including a general surgeon and two osteopaths. We offer healthcare professionals graduate-level instruction in anatomical dissections.

The practitioners who founded EFEAC call on their many years of experience to help train other healthcare professionals. Our aim is to teach anatomy for application in clinical exams.

As part of in-service training for osteopaths and healthcare professionals, EFEAC offers a program based on dissections using fresh cadavers (not preserved in formaldehyde), which are much closer to reality. By learning anatomy in this way, students can observe the different tissue, bone, ligament and muscular structures, as well as anatomical variations, and thus better understand the biomechanical complexity of the human body. These studies will naturally include practical work as well, with instruction in certain manual techniques.

EFEAC’s objectives

  • dissection ostéopathie - Teach a clinical approach that is rich, precise and pragmatic.
  • dissection ostéopathie - Develop a research department and partnerships.
  • dissection ostéopathie - Offer training seminars to provide practitioners with all the information needed for clinical exams, and teach a rational therapeutic approach resulting in consistent, well structured and effective treatment.

Based on recent regulatory developments, osteopaths, like all healthcare professionals, have to maintain and develop their skills and expertise.

The aim of each dissection is to observe the different anatomical aspects and structures, to better understand the clinical relationship with clinical practices and clinical signs, as well as to enrich therapeutic analysis.

Each seminar will offer practitioners a complete survey of the latest information, plus the techniques needed for clinical practice. In short, therapeutic analysis fosters the development of a consistent, well-structured osteopathic treatment.
